Use any round lollipops like Dum Dum, Chuppa Chup, Tootsie or these suckers with the fun-looking wrapper.
Use any crepe paper colour, mix and match or use one colour. Streamer or crepe paper is available at any dollar store or party supply store.
Use clear tape or floral tape, whichever you have on hand.

- Streamer paper, any colour
- Clear tape
- Ruler
- Scissors
- Lollipops
Streamer Paper Lollipop Flower Tutorial
Cut the streamer paper into 24″ long.
Put the lollipop on one end of the crepe paper, and tape it on the base of the lollipop.
Wrap the crepe paper around the lollipop by pleating it and then pinching it so the pleated paper stays in place.
Keep pleating the paper and pinching it until the whole paper wraps around the lollipop.
Hold the whole paper-wrapped lollipop with one hand, then wrap the clear tape on the base of the lollipop.
Pull the paper top slightly out as it resembles a flower petal.
Make a bunch of it so you will have a lollipop bouquet. Then, arrange it on the basket or a vase for tabletop decoration.
