Use any color or print cupcake liners for this firework craft. Use any type of glue, such as tacky glue or multi-purpose glue.

Cupcake Liner Fireworks Tutorial
There are two different ways to make the cupcake liner fireworks, and both are easy to make.

In the first tutorial, flatten both cupcake liners.
Clip around the edge to make a simple fringe along the folded lines.
With the wrong side of the liners facing up, apply glue to one piece of baking paper and create a circular shape with the glue on the other one.

Put one end of the paper straw in the center of the cupcake liner.
Put together both fringe-cut cupcake liners to sandwich the paper straw.
